Fees & Payment Procedure

Event Fees 

The fee includes event materials, coffee breaks, and lunch buffets:

Early bird registration:

• Academic and professional presenters: 350 €
• Ph.D. students and attendees: 150 €

The deadline for early registration is March 10, 2026.

Standard registration: 

• Academic and professional presenters: 450 €
• Ph.D. students and attendees: 200 €

The deadline for standard registration is March 25, 2026.

Gala Dinner & Accompanying Person fees: 

• The gala dinner fee is 95 €
• The accompanying person fee: 95 € (this fee is intended for the person willing to accompany a participant to the event's gala dinner but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program).

Payment Procedure 

By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration.

 By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "ICSDBE2026-FULLNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to icsdbe2026@sciencesconf.org. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense.
